How do we handle food & drinks?

Together with Slottsparkens Kafé, we have composed some delicious raft dishes that are easy to take onboard. You order what you want to eat and drink here. NOTE! You pick up the food yourself after ordering at the café next to the raft. If you want to bring your own food & drink, that is of course fine too. NOTE! Alcoholic beverages must be brought by yourself.

Can we charter the raft?

Of course! We are experts in parties & events and host everything from After Works and kick-offs to weddings. Choose one of our ready-made event packages or tailor your own. Just get in touch!

Are dogs allowed?

Yes indeed! All kind dogs are welcome on the raft.

How do I pay?

For our regular tours, you pay when booking online, either with Swish or card. For chartered tours, you can choose your payment method: invoice, card, or Swish.

Where does the Raft depart from in Malmö?

The raft departs from the jetty at Slottsträdgårdens Kafé. The raft also arrives back at the same departure jetty.

Where can I park?

There is plenty of parking at and around Malmö Technical Museum, as well as further away on, for example, Gibraltargatan.

What happens if it starts raining?

Then we roll out the roof and continue the journey! Blankets are always available to borrow if you get cold.

Is there a toilet on board?

We do not have a toilet on board. There are toilets at Slottsparkens kafé that the raft's guests are welcome to use.

Where does the tour go?

The tour departs from the jetty at Slottsträdgårdens Kafé and travels through the lush park towards Malmö Latin, where we turn and head towards Malmö Live. We pass Börshuset and Posthusplatsen before turning out into Öresund and heading back towards the park via the southern shipyard basin and Fiskehoddorna. For chartered tours, it is entirely possible to change the route and add stops.

The tours depart from the jetty at Slottsträdgårdens Kafé. Enter 'Slottsträdgårdens Kafé' into your GPS to find the exact location.

Question 12

Can I come aboard with a wheelchair?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely! Together with the City of Malmö, we have installed a lift and a ramp on the jetty at the old casino, where we can make a stop. Please notify us before departure if any participant needs boarding via the ramp so we can plan for it.
